S.A. Ibrahim

S.A. Ibrahim is chief executive officer of Radian Group Inc., a global credit risk management company headquartered in Philadelphia with significant operations in New York and London.
Mr. Ibrahim joined Radian from GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., a residential mortgage lender, where he served in a number of executive capacities including CEO, COO, president, and executive vice president of the company's mortgage businesses and financial corporation. Prior to GreenPoint, Mr. Ibrahim headed international re-engineering for American Express in Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America and was the CEO and COO of Chemical Mortgage Finance.
Mr. Ibrahim has served as chairman of the board of MERSCORP, Inc., on the Mortgage Bankers Association of America Residential Board of Governors, and on the Fannie Mae National Advisory Council. He currently serves on the board of the Institute of International Education, New York, as well as on the organization's Western Regional Advisory Board. Mr. Ibrahim also serves on the boards of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, the International House of Philadelphia and on the Wharton Graduate Executive Board.
Mr. Ibrahim holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BE in Engineering from Osmania University in India.

Teresa Bryce

As president of Radian Guaranty, the company’s principal mortgage subsidiary, Teresa Bryce oversees strategic planning and administrative activities designed to best position the company to achieve its long-term goals and objectives. Most recently, Ms. Bryce held the position of executive vice president, chief legal counsel and chief risk officer.
Before joining Radian in October 2006, Ms. Bryce served as general counsel, senior vice president and secretary for Nexstar Financial Corporation. Prior to that, she was general counsel for Bank of America Mortgage and held other senior legal leadership roles for PNC Mortgage Corporation and Prudential Home Mortgage Company.
Ms. Bryce holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Columbia University. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association, on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve and on the Fannie Mae National Advisory Council.

David J. Beidler

David J. Beidler is president of Radian Asset Assurance Inc.
Mr. Beidler joined Radian Asset in 1992. Most recently, Mr. Beidler held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Radian Asset, focused on credit, business strategy and operational issues related to all aspects of the company's financial guaranty business.
Prior to joining Radian Asset, Mr. Beidler served as Vice President and Counsel for Bond Investors Guaranty Insurance Company, where he provided transactional legal advice and was the Counsel for the Surveillance department. Mr. Beidler has also served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Ambac Indemnity Corporation, where he held a similar role. Prior to this, Mr. Beidler was associated with the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon.
Mr. Beidler received a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Paul F. Bognanno

As chairman of Radian Guaranty, the company's principal mortgage subsidiary, Paul Bognanno is responsible for directing customer relationships and key account management. Most recently, Mr. Bognanno was vice chairman.
Prior to joining Radian Guaranty, Mr. Bognanno served as president and CEO, Principal Residential Mortgage Inc., for 11 years. Concurrent with his mortgage banking duties, Mr. Bognanno was a senior vice president in Principal Life Insurance Company, chairman of the board of Principal Bank, and the U.S. board member of Principal Hipotecarios y Creditos, Principal Life's Chilean mortgage banking company.
Mr. Bognanno holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Indiana University. He has served as a past chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Board of Governors and as a member of its Board of Directors.

C. Robert Quint
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer, Bob Quint is responsible for all financial functions, including internal audit, investor relations, tax, and treasury at Radian Group Inc.
Mr. Quint joined Radian as controller and vice president of administration in 1990, where he subsequently played a major role in its 1992 initial public offering. In 1996, he was promoted to chief financial officer and three years later was named executive vice president.
Previously, Mr. Quint served as assistant controller for Reliance Development Group, a commercial real estate developer in New York City. He also worked in the corporate accounting department of Reliance Group Holdings. Prior to that, he was a staff accountant at Anchin, Block and Anchin, a New York-based accounting firm.
Mr. Quint earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Rick Altman

As executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Rick Altman oversees management of key support functions including strategic planning, human resources, corporate administration, business compliance, facilities, and business continuity planning.
Mr. Altman previously held the position of senior vice president of corporate planning. Prior to that, he held positions as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Operations Planning and Analysis.
Before joining Radian in 2003, Mr. Altman held several executive strategic planning and operational positions at Citibank, American Express, and Pearson. Before that, he served as a Change Management Consultant with Accenture.
Mr. Altman received a BA in International Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.

Lawrence DelGatto

As chief information officer, Lawrence DelGatto leads the development and implementation of technology strategies to enhance internal processes and business systems, as well as streamline client support and connectivity for Radian Group Inc.
Mr. DelGatto has more than 20 years of experience in information technology. He joined Radian after serving 15 years with Electronic Data Systems Corporation in various positions. Most recently, Mr. DelGatto served as client executive, where he directed a team of information technology professionals to deliver infrastructure, applications, service and data center operations support to GMAC Mortgage Group. Prior to that, he served three years with Travelers Insurance Companies in systems engineering.
Mr. DelGatto holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from Villanova University. He also completed the executive program at London Business School.

Ted Hoffman
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

As general counsel and corporate secretary, Ted Hoffman is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance.
Since joining Radian in 2005, Mr. Hoffman has managed SEC, NYSE and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance and other corporate related matters. Mr. Hoffman was promoted to Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in February 2008. Prior to joining Radian, Mr. Hoffman was a senior associate in the Corporate and Securities Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia.
Mr. Hoffman holds a BA from Colgate University and a JD from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

H. Scott Theobald

As chief risk officer for Radian Guaranty Inc., Scott Theobald is responsible for all aspects of the company’s credit risk management framework, including establishing portfolio risk limits and evaluating credit policy.
Mr. Theobald joined Radian in 1997 as director of costing analytics. He was appointed vice president, structured transactions in 1999 and vice president, enterprise risk in 2002. Prior to joining Radian, Mr. Theobald served ten years at Freddie Mac in various analyst positions in the company’s financial research department and multifamily division.
Mr. Theobald holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater and a master’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida.

Cathy Jackson
Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller

As corporate controller, Cathy Jackson is responsible for all financial reporting and accounting operations, including SEC reporting, accounting policy, financial guaranty and mortgage insurance accounting operations.
Ms. Jackson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Radian after serving 8 years with Capmark Financial Group Inc in various positions. Most recently, Ms. Jackson served as chief accounting officer, where she had oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, accounting operations, pricing analytics, and accounting policy. Prior to that, she served eight years with Salomon Smith Barney as manager of accounting policy. She started her career in the audit practice at KPMG in Philadelphia.
Ms. Jackson earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph’s University.
